Hannah will teach you where to get your food, how to source and eat seasonally and how to take responsibility for all that is in your life. Lessons that will last forever and that you can pass on.

Is this programme for me?

If your need to improve your sleep, your mood your body composition this program is for you. Be prepared to work at changing the behaviours that no longer serve you or do not work for you. Be prepared to work on yourself and to ask yourself some tough questions.

How the Program Works:

  • Physiology Tracker ( mood food bowels, body temperature and pulse)
  • Adrenal Test: Cortisol, DHEA
  • Gastro-Intestinal Microbiome Test: (good bacteria, harmful bacteria, GI health and digestive markers, zonulin, beta-defensin, parasites, fungal, H=Pylori)
  • Questionnaire and Organ and system analysis
  • Tongue and Nail analysis
  • WhatsApp support
  • Food shopping, cooking and lunch together – usually half a day or two half days

Naturopathic Nutritional Consultation

During your hour-long nutritional consultation with Hannah, she will conduct various assessments to help her analyze your symptoms and create a personalized plan for you. The assessments include a tongue and nail analysis, posture assessment, and breathing assessment.
