I say to my clients there are two signs you are looking for to know your health is progressing and working for you.

One is emptying the bowels on waking and the other is feeling hungry! Waking up with no signs from your body is a sign in itself and something not to be ignored!

Try this simple but mighty breakfast and let me know what you think?!

What you will need:

  • Grated carrot
  • Olive oil
  • Cider apple vinegar
  • salt & pepper
  • 1kg Maris Piper Potatoes
  • Butter
  • Cheese
  • Egg
  • Mushrooms in coconut oil
  • A glass of orange juice

What to do:

  1. Combine the grated carrot with olive oil, cider apple vinegar, and salt and pepper
  2. Fry egg to your liking
  3. Peel and steam/boil your potatoes ready to mash
  4. Mix mashed potatoes with butter and cheese together in a bowl.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pat down each potato cake to the size you want and add to the pan with the mushrooms. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
