Seasonal Activities For The Gut
Don’t be put off by the colder weather. It’s the perfect time for getting fit and staying healthy – the beautiful colours of autumn, the winter sunshine, the glorious parks and fields, and friendly people you meet.
But sometimes life just gets in the way – it’s easy to put things off until tomorrow, find an excuse to not get out and just get on with it.
It’s so much easier and more fun when you have someone to meet and keep you motivated.
Broth, Walk, Talk & Swim at Hampstead Ponds

Sunrise Walk & Talk at Hampstead Heath

- Investment: £10 (includes Bone or Mushroom Broth)
- 3km walk, talk + Q&A
- Suitable for all ages
- Dogs welcome
- Bring your gut health questions for Hannah along with you
- Gut healthy bone or mushroom broth to try after the walk…plus take the recipe home with you!
- Please bring suitable footwear and waterproofs (just incase!)
- £3 of each ticket sold will be donated directly to The Felix Project.

This will be an easy walk and is great for people of all levels. Please keep in mind we will walk about 2-3 miles, so it is still important to wear comfortable shoes for the walk.

Hannah will bring a pot of broth to warm your bones after the swim and maybe a slice of prebiotic banana bread!
There is no better healing remedy than a pot of broth and there is no better time to be making broth for your health. With a healthy gut you have a more robust immune system as well as a more positive mental state. And one of the best ways to repair your gut lining, heal your gut, and improve your overall health? Drink bone broth!

Future Seasonal Activities
Our seasonal events will be in a melting pot of different things, just like our great city of London. These activities aim to bring together a group of people who love to explore the great outdoors along with physical health and wellness.
A £3 donation for every ticket sold will be donated to The Felix Project. The Felix Project collects fresh, nutritious food that cannot be sold. They deliver this surplus food to charities and schools so they can provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable in our society.
