TWO Gut Booster Breakfast Recipes

These breakfast recipes are for any day of the week all you need is to get creative and give yourself the time you deserve to have a calm and nourishing breakfast!

RECIPE 1

How to do it!

  1. On a light heat add one dessert spoon of coconut oil into a pan.
  2. Crack 4 eggs
  3. Keep the oil moving and the heat very low
  4. Grate fresh turmeric on the eggs as they cook
  5. Grate courgette on top of the eggs (x1)
  6. Place a lid to steam out the eggs and courgette
  7. Once cooked carefully place into a ceramic bowl. Around the bowl add the following: Smoked mackerel. cherry tomatoes X 6, Spinach handful, Piccalilli X2 tsp, Avocado 1/2, Hummus 2 tbs, Sauerkraut 1 dessert spoon
  8. Eat slowly, chew each mouthful for optimum digestion! Savour all the flavours and eat with a friend and with love and gratitude! 

RECIPE 2

What you will need:

  • Smoked mackerel 
  • Cherry tomatoes X 6 
  • Spinach a handful 
  • Piccalilliā€ÆX2 tsp  
  • Avocado 1/2 
  • Hummus 2 tbs  
  • Sauerkrautā€Æ1 desert spoon  

What to do:

  1. Around the bowl add the following ingredients: Smoked mackerel, Cherry tomatoes X 6, Spinach a handful, Piccalilliā€ÆX2 tsp, Avocado 1/2, Hummus 2 tbs and Sauerkrautā€Æ1 desert spoon.
