Omelette Recipe

This omelette recipe is a great high protein breakfast to start the day and create satiety. Having protein in the morning feeds the brain and the gut and keeps you focused. The rocket is great for adding a bitter to stimulate digestion!

  • Eat slow

What you will need:

  1. Three eggs
  2. Salt and pepper seasoning
  3. Ham (organic)
  4. Cheese (your preference, I like Emmental or Gruyere)
  5. Splash or oil / butter

What to do:

  1. Whisk three eggs
  2. Add your seasoning
  3. Get a hot pan with oil or traditionally butter.
  4. Then it’s all about the wrist action and jostling the mixture into an omelette type affair
  5. Add your mixture fromage et jambon (ham and cheese)
  6. Fold over the egg to create the omelette
